On Monday Sept. 19 Shippensburg University and the Grace B Luhrs University Elementary School (GBLUES) are collaboratively celebrating Constitution Day with our annual reading of The Preamble by Provost Dr. Barbara Lyman and the GBLUES 5th & 4th graders. Please join us:

After the reading of the Preamble please visit the library (lower level lobby) to enjoy the art works on Constitution Day created by the GBLUES’ students. The art works will be on display until September 30, 2016.
Educational institutions receiving federal funding are required to hold commemorative activities annually on Constitution Day, September 17 (or on a contiguous weekday, if on a weekend).
