Luhrs School Reads for the Record

Read for the Record is a national campaign to have as many children as possible in one day read or listen to the same book.
In 2011, 2.2 million people participated in Jumpstart’s Read for the Record by reading Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney.
Ship's campus elementary school - Luhrs - participated today by listening to or reading Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad by David Soman and Jacky Davis.  Many campus faculty and administrators read at Luhrs today, including Dr. Becky Overholtz (pictured).
